Change of owner / details (C3B)

This is required to provide asset information for all new infrastructure dedicated to Council as part of a new development.

If your bin has been damaged, needs repairing or replacing, we'll do it free of charge.

Use the online form, Report it, to make a request. You can also report a missed bin using the form. 

Bin repairs are usually completed within 3 working days.

From 1 July 2020 Construction, Complying Development and Occupation Certificates  are to be lodged online using the NSW Planning Portal. View the relevant certificate below to be guided through the process.

These certificates are used by tradesman and suppliers to certify building components and are generally submitted at the final inspection.

It is recommend that you use these templates whenever possible to ensure that a satisfactory certificate is produced.
