Development Design and Construction Manuals

The Northern Rivers Local Government Development Design and Construction Manuals are guidelines for development infrastructure design and construction within the Byron Shire and neighbouring Councils.

The documents are based on the AusSpec Development Specification series.

If you work in the development industry, use these guidelines before planning begins. This will allow for a faster and more effective processing of developments through Council.
