In May 2026, Council completed construction of a new roundabout on Bayshore Drive, at the intersection of the access road to TAFE and the IGA shopping centre.
This project is part of the development of a 5.8-hectare Council-owned block of land known as Lot 12 Bayshore Drive.
The roundabout is now open to all traffic and all finishing works associated with this project including new footpaths and landscaping works have been completed.
