Pest Animals	Under the Biosecurity Act 2015, Council has a responsibility to manage pest animals on land we own or manage. Private landowners are also responsible for managing pests on their land. Livestock and other animals - Public land	Some may fall under the provisions of the Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021. Please contact our Public & Environmental Services on 02 6626 7107 for support with animals capable of ownership that are unattended on public land.
Livestock on private land	We do not manage or have access to livestock ownership records. Please contact the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development on 1800 680 244 for support.
