Our Masterplans and Place Plans present our community's vision and strategy for the future of our towns, villages and open spaces.

Our Masterplans and Place Plans have been developed in consultation with our community to ensure the goals reflect what the they want and need.

Bangalow Village Plan

The Bangalow Village Plan sets out residents goals and guides improvements and development from 2019 to 2034.

Byron Bay Masterplan

The Byron Bay Town Centre Masterplan guides the future of the town centre over the next 20 years.

We have developed a Concept Plan for the Byron foreshore to guide future improvements.

Following community feedback, Council adopted the final Concept Plan. Now the plan has been agreed on, construction will be done in stages over the next 10 years.

Byron Arts & Industry Estate Precinct Plan

The Byron Arts and Industry Estate contains an eclectic mix of businesses and residential uses.

The masterplan for Linda Vidler Park helps to ensure it is a space for the whole community to enjoy.
