Tree Removal Permits

Use this form to apply for a Tree Removal Permit to prune or remove trees on private land.

Dead or Dangerous Tree Removal Exemption

Use this form to apply to remove a dead or dangerous tree.

Development Application for tree or vegetation removal

You will need to lodge a DA for tree removal if you wish to remove or significantly prune trees that are of heritage value.

Trees on public land

Council looks after trees on public land.

Report it to us online if you are concerned about a tree on public land or suspect unlawful vegetation clearing.
