Byron Bay swimming Pool is open for the season! Byron Bay pool has a 50-meter pool, kids learn to swim pool plus a paddle pool.

The pool is busiest from 3.30pm - 5.30pm on weekdays and on warm sunny days.

Our shop sells goggles, swim caps, ear plugs, swim nappies, sunscreen, float bands, hand paddles, nose clips and pool buoys. 

Just next door is the Fishheads takeaway and restaurant

Please treat the pool, surrounding area and all staff with respect.

Activities at the pool

Learn to Swim, Kids and Adults Swimming Classes and Squad Training start mid-October.

Lessons are provided by outside facilitators. Contact details provided on this page. 

There are always 2 lanes free for public use during scheduled activities.

Weekdays 7.30-8.15am

Swim Club

Weekdays 3.45-5.45pm

Learn To Swim 

Thursdays 3.30 - 5.30pm

  • Group lessons available for children from 2 years of age.
  • Private lessons available for all age levels.

Aqua Aerobics 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 8.30am 
  • Saturdays at 9am.

Entry fees

Entry fees apply to pool users, guests and spectators. Entry fees are not included in the price of class fees.

Only current season passes are valid. Past season passes can’t be used.
