Development Application for tree or vegetation removal

You will need to lodge a DA for tree removal if you wish to remove or significantly prune trees:

• that are heritage trees
• in a heritage conservation area
• with Aboriginal heritage value
• within coastal wetlands and littoral rainforests under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Coastal Management) 2018

To remove trees conditioned to be retained as part of an approved Development Consent, you need to apply for a modification to your Development Consent.
