Pollution Incident Response Management Plans

Our Pollution Incident Response Management Plan relates to an unexpected event or occurrence as well as any activity that is routine or associated with capital works projects. 

An incident is defined as being:

• a threat to life and limb
• a threat to public health
• an immediate threat to the environment
• real damage to property
• normal conditions i.e. routine operation cannot be resumed within four hours.
