You can access the agendas and minutes by:

1. Viewing online - Choose the item you are interested in using the contents from the Agenda Items and Files Page. Individual attachments can also be downloaded.
2. Download Packet to download a PDF copy of the full business paper. 

Ordinary Meeting Agendas are available nine days before the meeting.

Past minutes and agendas from 30 June 2025 and earlier, can be accessed via by visiting InfoCouncil
