Nominated Integrated Development
The development is Nominated Integrated development in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Approval is required from the following approval bodies:
- Rural Fire Service under Section 100B of the Rural Fires Act
- Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water under Sections 89, 90 and 91 of the Water Management Act
Information about making a submission
During the exhibition period anyone may make a submission to the DA. If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be included in the submission.
