Information about making a submission

As this is a designated development, if you make a submission the Independent Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, you may appeal to the Land and Environment Court if you make a submission objecting to the DA and you are dissatisfied with the determination of the consent authority.

If the Independent Planning Commission conducts a public hearing, the Commission’s determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.

During the exhibition period anyone may make a submission to the DA. If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be included in the submission.
