Fundraising Street Stalls

Complete the form to request to hold a street stall for fundraising in the Byron Shire.

This helps to ensure all community and not-for-profit organisations can equally use our public spaces for fundraising.

You must request approval to host a fundraising stall in:

  • Bangalow
  • Brunswick Heads
  • Byron Bay
  • Mullumbimby
  • Ocean Shores.

Before you start

Please read the Fund Raising Stalls on Public Land Policy.

Approval may be withdrawn if you do not comply with this policy.  

Please request approval at least 7 days before you are due to host your stall.

You must upload a current Certificate of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20 Million.
