Cemetery Services Application Forms

All burials of bodily remains must be coordinated through a Funeral Director.

Please contact your preferred Funeral Director and they will assist you through the process.

Burial or interment of human remains, including cremated remains, can be either:

  • directly in the ground or
  • above ground in a columbarium niche wall.

Both options require an interment right.

What is an interment right?

An interment right is a contract that allows interment to take place in a particular location in a cemetery.

The right is ‘purchased’. The holder of the interment right is the only person able to choose who can be interred at the site.

The Standard Terms and Conditions of this contact are within the Consumer Contract - Terms and Conditions(PDF, 125KB)

Please read and make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions before submitting any application.

Please be mindful of:

  • Weather, tides and wind direction.
  • Date/time - Weekends and public holidays are busier on our beaches.
