Our Mullumbimby Masterplan aims to ensure that the things people love about Mullumbimby - the sense of community, inclusivity, great walkability, services and facilities for locals and the natural environment are enhanced.
The Plan recommends a vision and principles that guide the way for 'where we're going' as a community, over the next ten years. It will celebrate the values that make Mullum such a vibrant town, whilst sustainably guiding growth and change and ensuring liveability into the long term.
The Plan was prepared in consultation with the Our Mullumbimby Guidance Group – a team of passionate, creative locals who worked tirelessly with staff and Councillors, work-shopping ideas and gathering feedback from the local community. It would not have been possible without their time, effort, creative ideas and intellect.
Our Mullumbimby Masterplan was adopted by Council at the 12 December 2019 meeting.
