About the Richmond Tweed Regional Library network
Byron Shire is a member of the Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL) system offering a combined stock of over 400,000 items, free of charge to its members.
Library members have 24/7 access to the library catalogue and can also review and renew their loans and reserve resources online through the RTRL website or Library App. Members without internet access are invited to ring their local branch for assistance.
Three library branches operate in the Byron Shire along with one modern, mobile library which services some of the Shire’s smaller communities, such as Federal, Ocean Shores, Suffolk Park, and Bangalow.
All three Library branches provide regular story time sessions for children and internet training sessions for seniors.
