Byron Shire Development Control Plan (DCP) 2014 has been amended.
- Chapter E2: Bangalow has been amended to recognise the Bangalow Streetscape Materials Guide which was adopted on 28 March 2024.
- Chapter E5: Certain locations in Byron Bay and Ewingsdale has been amended with new controls for Precinct 3 - Environmental Living, in North Beach Byron Bay, as adopted on 18 April 2024.
- Part A: Preliminary was updated with administrative changes only, recording the above amendments.
The amended chapters are effective from 8 March 2024 and available alongside all DCP chapters on our Development Control Plan 2014 webpage.
