Council has received the following development application (DA). The DA is on exhibition from 4 December to 17 January 2024. 

The development is classified as Nominated Integrated Development within the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

The works require approval from Water NSW in accordance with Part 3 of the Water Management Act 2000.

Information about making a submission

During the exhibition period anyone may make a submission to the DA. If a submission is made by way of objection, the reasons for objection must be included in the submission.

Unless the Independent Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, you may appeal to the Land and Environment Court if you make a submission objecting to the DA, and you are not satisfied with the determination of the consent authority.   

If the Independent Planning Commission conducts a public hearing, the Commission’s determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.

If you are making a submission, you may be required to lodge a Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Statement. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet your obligations to disclose reportable political donations and gifts. A failure to meet your obligations is an offence.
