Planning Proposal to Re-zone and Re-classify Part Lot 22 DP 1073165 156 Stuart Street Mullumbimby
for Future Housing
The formal exhibition period for the Planning Proposal for rezoning and reclassifying Part Lot 22 DP 1073165 Mullumbimby is now finished. However, it is not too late to have your say. Under the Local Government Act (1993) Council must hold a Public Hearing for any planning proposal that seeks to reclassify land from “community” to “operational”.
The public hearing will be chaired by an independent person:

If you are unable to attend the public hearing and have not already made a submission during the public exhibition period, you can email your submission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The outcomes of the public hearing regarding the proposed change of category will be reported to Council and will be available on Council’s website.
