The Planning Proposal to rezone Part Lot 3 DP 592005 and Part Lot 1 DP 1124504, 4 Picadilly Hill Road Coopers Shoot, to permit R5 Large Lot Residential is on exhibition for a period of 4 weeks from 20 November to 20 December 2019.
The objective of this planning proposal is to apply the R5 Large Lot Residential zone to an area of approximately 5.53 hectares previously approved for a Community Title subdivision.
This will permit the creation of five Torrens Title lots that will each have a dwelling entitlement. Three of the five prospective lots already have a dwelling located on them from previous approvals. Four of the five prospective lots will be zoned R5 and the fifth will remain zoned RU2 Rural Landscape.
The Minister for Planning and Environment has authorised Council to exercise delegation to make this LEP amendment.
