The formal public exhibition documents can be viewed at Council’s Administration Offices, Station Street, Mullumbimby between 9.00am and 4.00pm weekdays. Information is also available at community access points around the Shire.
Council’s website has a range of information to assist you to gain a better understanding of the draft LEP. Here you will find plain English fact sheets and explanatory material on the key parts of the draft LEP and how it compares with Byron LEP 1988. To find out more, a number of information sessions will be held around the Shire, or talk to a Council planner. To speak to a Council planner make an appointment by calling 02 6626 7126. Appointments are available in person at the Mullumbimby office or by phone, Monday to Friday between 9am - 2pm.

Submissions will be made public in accordance with Schedule 1 Part 3 Clause 1(a)(vi) within Schedule 5 Part 2 of the GIPA 2009 Regulations as applicable including both the substance of the submission and the identity of the author.
