Myocum Landfill bulk waste drop off

Byron Shire Council no longer has an annual kerbside bulk waste collection service.  It has been replaced with the following service.

New bulky waste service introduced for Byron Shire

From late July 2012 onwards, residents can now take their annual rates notice to Myocum Landfill and on one occasion drop off up to 150 kilograms of permissible bulky waste.

Following a review of the bulky waste kerbside collection earlier this, the new replacement service has been chosen to deliver a cleaner Shire in a more cost-effective way.

The new service has replaced the annual bulky waste kerbside collection which will no longer occur.
