Draft Coastal Planning Circular to be reviewed

Byron Shire Council executive manager of planning, Ray Darney, said Council will review over the coming weeks the NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructure Draft circular: advice on coastal hazards. 

“Council already provides coastal information on section 149 certificates, such as identifying urban land that could be influenced by coastal processes and development controls.
