Water supply interruption for Sunrise residents and businesses

A water service interruption is planned for five hours from 12 midnight to 5.00 am on Friday, 28 April; subject to weather.

The water needs to be turned off for the five hour period to allow construction of the watermain upgrade as part of the Sunrise Boulevard Roundabout works.

Residents in the area will need to store water should they need to use it during this time for drinking, cooking, washing or flushing the toilets.

The works have been scheduled to occur in the least impactful time of the day.

Council apologises for any inconvenience the water supply disruption may cause residents. For any after-hours emergencies during this time please call Council’s After Hours Emergency Service on 02 6622 7022.
