Senior stars wanted. Nominate today!

Getting older is positively inspiring and Byron Shire Council would like to recognise the senior stars in our communities.

If you know someone who is 60 or over that is actively involved in our community, an inspiring role model, challenges traditional views of older people, or is making a difference, then nominate them for a Seniors Festival Positive Ageing Award.

The Award will be presented during the Seniors Festival at the Mayor’s Morning Tea on Tuesday 7 March 2017 at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall.

Nominations close Thursday 2 March 2017.

For more information and to obtain nomination forms, go to www.byron.nsw.gov.au/seniors-festival-2017 or visit the Council office in Mullumbimby.
