Landcare in Byron Shire

There are many landcarers in Byron Shire helping to improve our environment. Landcare groups are initiated by people with a common concern about the natural environment in their local area. Volunteers undertake a wide range of activities, including revegetation, environmental weed control, fauna habitat creation and community awareness raising events.

Landcare groups can also help property owners with revegetation and bush regeneration projects on their own land.
