General Meeting Information

Where and When Meetings are Held

All Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Station Street, Mullumbimby. The Ordinary Meetings commence at 9.00am. All meetings are open to the public. Confidential items are considered in closed session, which excludes press and public.

Extraordinary Meetings and Reserve Trust Committee Meetings, wherein all Councillors are members, are held when required.

Availability of Agendas and Minutes

Agendas are uploaded to Council's website on the Tuesday nine days preceding the Ordinary Meetings. Agendas for Extraordinary and Reserve Trust Committee Meetings are uploaded as soon as they are available.

Minutes are uploaded as soon as possible following the Meetings. Please note that the Minutes of Meetings are submitted to the next available Ordinary Meeting for confirmation.

A hard copy of the Agenda is also available for viewing prior to the meeting at Council's Community Access Points around the Shire. Click here to view the community access points around the Shire.
