All Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Station Street, Mullumbimby. The Ordinary Meetings generally commence at 9.00am unless resolved otherwise. All meetings are open to the public. Confidential items are considered in closed session, which excludes press and public.

Extraordinary Meetings and Reserve Trust Committee Meetings, wherein all Councillors are members, are held when required.
Agendas are uploaded to Council's website on the Tuesday nine days preceding the Ordinary Meetings. Agendas for Extraordinary and Reserve Trust Committee Meetings are uploaded as soon as they are available.
Minutes are uploaded as soon as possible following the Meetings. Please note that the Minutes of Meetings are submitted to the next available Ordinary Meeting for confirmation.

All Ordinary Meetings and Standing Committee Meetings are conducted in accordance with Council's Code of Meeting Practice.
