Council seeks land for sale for sports fields

Council is seeking expressions of interest from property owners who have land for sale north of the Brunswick River for the development of sports fields.

Resolution 11-1064 (part 1) Resolved:

1. That Council, as a matter of urgency, call for Expressions of Interest for the sale of land north of the Brunswick River for the development of sports fields to fulfil ICAC guidelines.

The land parcel must be flat and be no less than 40,000 square metres.  Please provide parcel number and property description. Expressions of interest must be received by Council prior to 4.00pm, Thursday 2 February 2012.  The “Call for Expressions of Interest form – Land for Sale for Development of Sports Fields” is available below.
