Five year lease of Byron Bay Herb Nursery

Byron Shire Council is calling for expressions of interest to lease Council owned land and facilities known as the Byron Bay Herb Nursery off Bayshore Drive Byron Bay.

The lease site comprises Pt Lot 2 DP 706286 and Pt Lot 4 DP 1004514 and the lease period will be set for a period of five (5) years only.

The site is used to provide support, training and employment to persons with disabilities.  To the extent applicable by law, Council makes no warranties or guarantees as to the suitability of the site for lease.

Submissions must be received by Council prior to 2pm, Thursday 8 December 2011. The “Call for Expressions of Interest – Byron Bay Herb Nursery” is available on Council’s website at www.byron.nsw.gov.au/expressions-of-interest.
