Two year lease of former Telstra depot

Byron Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease for a period of two (2) years only of Council owned land and buildings known as the Former Telstra Depot at Station Street, Mullumbimby.

The Site has a total area of approximately 1,652m2 and is primarily hardstand, including both bitumen and concreted areas.  It includes a main office building which is of steel frame construction with colour bond roof and a double storage shed.

A site visit is proposed to be conducted by Council on Thursday 10 November 2011 and respondents are invited to meet at 2pm (NSW time) in the foyer of the Council Administration Building located at 70-90 Station Street, Mullumbimby.
