Five year lease of Byron Bay tennis courts and shed

Byron Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease for a period of five (5) years of Council owned community land and facilities known as the Byron Bay Tennis Courts and Shed located on Byron Bay Recreational Grounds at Carlyle Street, Byron Bay.

The site comprises four artificial grass tennis courts and a tennis shed.  Submissions must be received by Council prior to 2pm, Thursday 24 November 2011.
