The National Relay Service is an Australia wide telephone access service provided for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment.

Telecross

Free community service run by Australian Red Cross providing a reassurance phone call to isolated, elderly or disabled people who live alone. Trained volunteers operate the Telecross service from their own homes.

Free call for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. A teletypewriter phone is required to access this service.
