Fax 02 6685 1286 This is Tom's second term as Councillor, being elected in 2004 and then again in 2008.
Tom was born in Manly NSW in 1938 and attended Manly Boys High, Royal Military College Duntroon and the Royal Military College of Science in England. On his return to Australia, he graduated from Swinburne University in Melbourne. Tom has been an army officer, hospital manager, environmental officer in the mining industry and is now self employed.
Cr Tabart is married, lives in Bangalow and has two grown children and two grandchildren. He is a member of the Greens party and likes rugby, motorbikes, non-fiction and literature.
