Byron Regional Sport and Cultural Complex

Tenders are sought on behalf of Byron Shire Council, for the supply and laying of turf for the proposed Byron Regional Sport and Cultural Complex, located at 249 Ewingsdale Road, Byron Bay and described as Lot 3 DP 706286.
The tender document is a Schedule of Rates contract for the supply and laying of specified turf types. The quantities will be directed by the Principal in accordance with the tendered rates. Anticipated total quantity of turf required is between eighty thousand and one hundred and twenty thousand square metres. Tenders may be accepted for the whole of the works or specific sections. The work is expected to take place in December 2009 / early 2010.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Separate contracts may be awarded for specific sections. Late tenders will not be accepted.
