The Byron Estate is located north of Ewingsdale Road and bisected by Bayshore Drive.

Light industrial activity is concentrated in the eastern half of this estate while the western portion contains a relatively high proportion of wholesale, retail-type and specialist uses oriented to the particular tourist needs of the Byron Bay district.

An undeveloped track of 4A-zoned property adjacent to the industrial estate at the northern edge is available for possible development.  This land is largely owned by Byron Shire Council.
