The Bilinudgel Estate is located off the Pacific Highway near Ocean Shores and is the northern-most industrial estate in the Shire.

An area of about 1.2 hectares, located on the west of the railway line and also zoned 4(a) represents a potential expansion area for this industrial estate.  However, this land is flood prone and requires filling, and sewerage is presently not available.

Existing Uses comprise a concrete batching plant, automotive repair, a church, tyre sales and service, swimming pool and spa sales and service, mini storage facilities, earthmoving contractors depot, smash repair and panel beating, timber yard, kitchen fittings centre, outboard motor sales and service, pie manufacture and sales, cafe, bus depot, vehicle muffler service, mower and pump service and sales and glazier
